Frequent Questions

Answers to Common Questions

  • What's the difference between private, individual, and communal cremation?

Private cremation means your pet is cremated completely alone, with ashes returned to you. Individual cremation means your pet is cremated alongside others but kept physically separated the entire time, with ashes still returned to you. Communal cremation means multiple pets are cremated together; ashes aren't individually separable in this option, so they aren't returned, but we handle your pet's final resting respectfully on your behalf.

  • How long does cremation take?

Timelines can vary depending on the option you choose and our current schedule. Call us and we're happy to give you a clear timeframe for your specific situation.
