What Happens Next

1. We'll talk with you.
We'll ask a few simple questions, like where your pet is and what kind of care you'd like for them, and we'll explain your options clearly and without rush.

2. We'll come to you.
We offer pickup from your home or your veterinarian's office, whenever you're ready. You don't need to transport your pet yourself unless you'd prefer to.

3. Your pet stays in our care.
From the moment we receive your companion, they remain with us, personally and respectfully, until their ashes are ready to be returned to you.

4. We'll bring them home to you.
Once everything is complete, we'll return your pet's ashes to you by pickup or delivery, whichever feels right for your family.

Do I need to bring my pet to you, or can you pick them up?
